Admissions Appeals
If you have not been successful in your application for a place at Albany Academy, then you can appeal. Appeals are organised independently by Lancashire local authority.
If you wish to appeal for a place at Albany Academy in September for Year 7, please complete the online appeal form.
Please also complete a covid related, appeal consent form.
Appeals are usually held in Preston.

Mid Year Admission Appeals
If your application for a place in any other year is not successful you have 20 schools days to lodge an appeal. The appeal will be held within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged. You can appeal by submitting an appeal form to the school office at Albany Academy, Bolton Road, Chorley, PR7 3AY.
