As an academy, we are governed by a Trust Board and a Local Governing Committee (LGC).

Our LGC meets termly and scrutinises our teaching, curriculum and pastoral care. Local governors are made up of coopted governors, who are appointed by the Trust Board and two staff and two parent governors who are elected. The chair of the LGC also attends Trust Board meetings to ensure that Trustees and governors are together.

Governance Structure

As an academy, we are governed by a trust board and a local governing board (LGB). The LGB has a focus on school improvement, teaching and learning, student outcomes and our community. The LGB is made up of elected parent and staff governors, and co-opted governors who are appointed by the trust board.
